Overview

jhf-codex-orchestrator is the operational control-plane repository for the Helpifyr multi-repository program. It owns orchestration truth, worker execution contracts, repo-status mirrors, and bounded runtime guardrail verification for the shared host.

Scope

• program-level orchestration truth under control/
• worker execution contracts under control/outputs/commands/
• repo mirror/status coordination
• guardrail and freshness validation for shared operational lanes
• plan inventory and review artifacts

Boundaries

• this repository does not own downstream product implementation
• product/runtime fixes belong in the respective owner repositories
• host/runtime checks must stay bounded and evidence-first
