Operational / Integration

• docs/OPERATIONS.md does not exist in this repo; docs/RUNBOOK.md remains the single canonical operational surface for pass-1 rollout.
• Additional integration and surface docs stay repo-local and are classified through docs/docs.manifest.yaml.
• The Jadda interface bounded stack deployment lane is documented in JADDA_INTERFACE_HOST172_STACK_MATERIALIZATION.md (docs/JADDA_INTERFACE_HOST172_STACK_MATERIALIZATION.md).

Conservative Evidence Classification

• Host readback, run artifacts, issue traces, and time-bound runtime evidence are not canonical product truth in jhf-deployment.
• docs/issues/** and similar evidence-heavy operational traces must publish as link_only or never.
• docs/AUTONOMOUS_BACKLOG.md remains internal planning truth and stays never.
