Current Position​

The current repo-owned Fabric scope is functionally complete through:

  • durable persistence
  • Dapr-backed middleware usage
  • JetStream outbox and event publication
  • guarded provider and product control-plane layers
  • governance, auth, observability, recovery, and signoff
  • platform-plane and ephemeral verification paths
  • tooling presence, policy, dashboard, and tool-standard intake layers

Remaining Tracked Follow-Ups​

Deployment OpenTofu Consumer Alignment Followthrough​

  • Status: in progress
  • Gitea issue: #807
  • Current verified posture:
    • jhf-deployment owns the active migration program under #418
    • the required default deployment CI path already uses pinned OpenTofu
    • Fabric refreshed the declarative consumer contract in #805
    • Beam keeps the certification anchor under jhf-beam#245
  • Remaining followthrough:
    • keep public docs and downstream materializers aligned to the refreshed posture
    • do not claim full migration completion before the remaining owner repos publish verified evidence
