Integrations

Internal Helpifyr Integrations

fabric-combination-truth-read

  • Direction: outgoing read-only
  • Type: repo-read
  • Surface: https://fabric.example.invalid/api/v1/combinations/profiles
  • Auth: internal read-only
  • Stability: stable
  • Versioning: Fabric-owned contract; local consumers may not redefine semantics
  • Owner: jhf-fabric

Implemented:

  • jhf-selvage consumes Fabric-authored combination truth as a read-only source.
  • python scripts/export-fabric-metadata.py accepts HELPIFYR_FABRIC_COMBINATION_URL to override the default internal read-only surface when a different Fabric endpoint is required.

Planned:

  • later governance or admission surfaces may be consumed only if they derive from the same Fabric-owned contract family

jhf-loom-document-source

  • Direction: outgoing bounded read
  • Type: repo-integration-target
  • Surface: official Alfresco REST API and/or CMIS surfaces owned by jhf-loom
  • Auth: governed runtime credentials outside git
  • Stability: planned
  • Versioning: adapter contract must remain owner-bounded and must not couple to Alfresco internal DB/search state
  • Owner: JaddaHelpifyr/jhf-loom

Implemented:

  • no runtime integration is live yet; this lane is planning truth only

Planned:

  • jhf-selvage will read documents and metadata from jhf-loom through official external interfaces only
  • jhf-loom remains the canonical document system of record
  • direct DB coupling or search-index coupling to Alfresco is forbidden

openaleph-analysis-platform

  • Direction: outbound runtime target
  • Type: repo-runtime-target
  • Surface: future OpenAleph API / worker / ingest surfaces
  • Auth: stack-internal
  • Stability: planned
  • Versioning: migration-lane only until a later explicit runtime slice introduces repo-owned runtime truth
  • Owner: future jhf-selvage runtime lane

Implemented:

  • no OpenAleph runtime is materialized from this repo today

Planned:

  • jhf-selvage will target OpenAleph as the OSS analysis and entity-screening platform
  • the search backend target is OpenSearch, but only after an explicit compatibility gate is green
  • the explicit target service model, config boundary, and admission-preparation rule are defined in docs/OPENALEPH_RUNTIME_CONTRACT.md

jhf-wire-scope-carveout

  • Direction: inbound historical dependency
  • Type: repo-context
  • Surface: carve-out reference from jhf-wire
  • Auth: none
  • Stability: stable historical context
  • Versioning: additive documentation only
  • Owner: shared context between jhf-wire and jhf-selvage

Implemented:

  • jhf-selvage preserves the entity-screening scope that moved out of jhf-wire.

Planned:

  • no bundle semantics are inherited from jhf-wire
  • no long-term runtime target remains anchored to the historical Aleph carve-out once the migration completes

weft-workspace-privacy-posture

  • Direction: outgoing contract truth
  • Type: repo-contract-source
  • Surface: docs/WEFT_WORKSPACE_PRIVACY_RETENTION_POSTURE.md; python scripts/export-fabric-metadata.py; python scripts/verify_weft_workspace_privacy_contract.py
  • Auth: repo-truth read-only
  • Stability: candidate
  • Versioning: repo-owned posture contract; consumers must fail closed on drift
  • Owner: JaddaHelpifyr/jhf-selvage

Implemented:

  • jhf-selvage publishes a read-only privacy, retention, deletion, workforce-privacy, and purge posture for Weft-derived context.
  • python scripts/export-fabric-metadata.py exposes the machine-readable weft_workspace_privacy_posture block for downstream readback.

Planned:

  • later Fabric mediation may consume the same posture as an admitted downstream governance surface

Not allowed:

  • jhf-weft must not invent local privacy or retention overrides
  • derived context must not outlive source, legal basis, retention posture, or legal hold
  • external-LLM and backfill rollout must not proceed without explicit admitted posture
  • Direction: outgoing advisory contract truth
  • Type: repo-contract-source
  • Surface: docs/UNIVERSAL_WORK_LEGAL_TAX_REVIEW_POSTURE.md; python scripts/export-fabric-metadata.py; python scripts/verify_universal_work_legal_tax_review_contract.py
  • Auth: repo-truth read-only
  • Stability: candidate
  • Gate decision owner: JaddaHelpifyr/helpifyr-fabric

Implemented:

  • jhf-selvage publishes legal/tax review-only floors, required redacted context and machine-readable blocker postures.
  • The posture forbids autonomous legal/tax filings, binding contract execution, account opening and binding legal advice.

Not allowed:

  • no local allow decision, human approval, Heddle identity binding or external submission execution
  • no sensitive evidence, secret or credential values in the exported posture

Admission Invariants

  • no local bundle truth
  • no local detection truth
  • no second truth or detection family
  • no uncontrolled runtime admission

boost-v1-4-compliance-posture

  • Direction: outgoing read-only contract truth
  • Surface: contracts/admission/boost_integration_compliance_posture_v1.json and the boost_integration_compliance_posture export block
  • Owner: jhf-selvage; policy/admission owner: helpifyr-fabric
  • Required posture: processing purpose, legal-basis reference, processor/subprocessor posture, DPA, residency, cross-border transfer, retention/export/DSR, and provider-terms evidence
  • Default: unknown or stale evidence blocks; runtime admission remains forbidden until Fabric and owner admission
  • License authority remains contracts/platform/oss_license_policy_v1.json; this integration does not create a second license policy

Monitoring Contract

  • read-only consumers should inspect:
    • fabric-manifest.json
    • python scripts/export-fabric-metadata.py
    • python scripts/check_fabric_contracts.py
  • if Fabric cannot be reached, local status may surface only unknown or degraded
  • no local contract may claim active fabric-all membership
