Purpose​

This page is the canonical v1.6 troubleshooting surface for jhf-wire. It stays command-first and bounded, while deeper runbooks remain supporting truth.

Run This Check​

python scripts/validate_docs_platform_v1_6.py
python scripts/check_docs_inventory.py --strict
python scripts/check_fabric_contracts.py

Symptom Routing​

Start with the repo-owned checks above, then route by owner:

  • workflow, docs, callback, or runtime-contract drift -> JaddaHelpifyr/jhf-wire
  • Fabric contract/readback drift -> JaddaHelpifyr/helpifyr-fabric
  • host/runtime ownership outside the canonical jhf-wire stack -> owning runtime/deployment repo
  • upstream provider or credential posture -> explicit external owner follow-up

Do not turn a docs-only Wire lane into a provider/runtime mutation lane before the bounded repo-owned evidence exists.

Evidence Before Escalation​

Collect:

python scripts/validate_docs_platform_v1_6.py
python scripts/check_docs_inventory.py --strict
python scripts/check_fabric_contracts.py

If the remaining issue is provider- or host-owned after these checks, attach this bounded evidence bundle to the owner issue rather than widening the local slice.
