This document is the canonical repo-owned capabilities spine for jhf-swatch. It describes Swatch-owned reference-company and validation capabilities without claiming runtime, deployment, or host ownership that belongs to jhf-openclaw-env.

Current Gaps​

  • no repo-owned deployment, compose, or host-reconcile capability exists here; runtime ownership remains external under jhf-openclaw-env
  • no direct service implementation, secret materialization, or infrastructure mutation capability may be invented in jhf-swatch
