Overview

jhf-swatch is the canonical HERP reference-company repository for the Helpifyr stack.

Use jhf-swatch when the stack needs:

  • stable reference-company fixtures and seed bundles
  • scenario and execution-pack truth for supervision and QA lanes
  • repo-owned validation of reference-company coverage
  • a no-runtime source of business-first examples for downstream tools

Do not use jhf-swatch as the owner for live infrastructure, deployment, or host/container runtime behavior.

It owns:

  • stable business fixtures and seed bundles
  • scenario and execution-pack truth
  • repo-owned validation lanes for reference-company coverage
  • no runtime stack

It does not own:

  • live infrastructure
  • host/container orchestration
  • secret materialization
  • deployment reconciliation

Ownership Boundary​

jhf-swatch owns:

  • canonical reference-company scenario fixtures
  • execution-pack and scenario-capability truth
  • repo-owned validation lanes for scenario coverage and docs inventory

jhf-swatch does not own:

  • live runtime stacks
  • host orchestration owned by jhf-openclaw-env
  • jhf-docs materialization or publisher ownership
  • Fabric contract semantics beyond read-only consumption where documented
